Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GSD (getshiftdone.com.au), operated by Get Shift Done, ABN 95 660 097 904. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
What GSD does
GSD is a case note assistance tool. You answer guided questions about your shift and the service generates a draft case note using artificial intelligence. You review, edit if needed, and copy the note into your own system.
GSD assists with documentation. It does not replace your professional judgement. You are responsible for reviewing every note before use.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use GSD. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hello@getshiftdone.com.au immediately.
How we handle your data
GSD does not store the content of your shift inputs or generated notes. When you submit a form, the input is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing, the note is returned to your screen, and neither the input nor the output is saved to our database.
We store your email address, first name, subscription status, and daily note count. We do not store participant names, shift details, or note content. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
GSD is available on two plans: Monthly ($4.99 AUD/month) and Annual ($49.99 AUD/year). All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment card is collected at signup but is not charged during the trial period. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged.
After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Payments are processed by Stripe. GSD does not store your card details.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account page at getshiftdone.com.au/account. If you cancel during your free trial, access ends immediately and no charge is made. If you cancel an active subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds
No refund is required for trial cancellations as no charge occurs. Refund requests for paid subscriptions will be considered on a case by case basis. Contact hello@getshiftdone.com.au.
Daily note limit
Each account can generate up to 15 notes per day. This limit resets at midnight each day.
Acceptable use
You must not use GSD to:
- generate fraudulent documentation
- impersonate another person
- attempt to access another user's account
- reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI prompts or logic
- use automated tools to access the service
- resell access to the service
Intellectual property
GSD and its underlying technology, design, and documentation ruleset are the intellectual property of Get Shift Done, ABN 95 660 097 904. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of any content you input and any notes you generate and copy from the service. The licence does not transfer ownership of any GSD intellectual property to you.
AI-generated content
Notes are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every note before use. GSD does not guarantee that generated notes are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. GSD does not provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, or medical recommendations.

Service availability
We aim to keep GSD available and reliable. We do not guarantee specific uptime. The service depends on third party providers including Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, and Stripe. Outages or degraded performance may occur. If you experience difficulty, contact hello@getshiftdone.com.au.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSD's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. GSD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service including but not limited to loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law for services that are not fit for purpose, not of acceptable quality, or do not match their description.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
